  2. I guess the France part is over and the Roman part has begun? All in Canada are hoping to hear a little of what is going on.

  7. I gave Stephanie of Georgian Tours a buzz this morning to ensure I wasnt being a nob with my lack of knowledge in blogging and not being able to see anything. She said the same thing Dee and Iggy said, that the kids must be having a blast. She said she would text Mike (the Tour Guide) and let him know that the parents are excited to hear the happenings. Hopefully soon...

  8. To the Parents; I am one of the of the Parents of the Students of St. Joan of Arc Barrie. I am in Paris with my wife since last Thursday. We are staying at the same hotel as the Students. Georgia Hardy Tours and the teachers are doing a great job in keeping the students safe and inline. They have a very busy schedule, they all seem to be having an amazing time. Just spoke to my daughter they are now in Rome.

  10. I've been keeping in touch with my daughter daily, and I can assure all of the parents and families that the kids are having an incredible time. The are in awe of what they've experienced so far.

  11. I'm not very impressed with the GH Tours blog site. Spoke with another mother who's school (about 5 yrs ago) used a different tour co. She was well impressed with their daily videos. If Elaine's daughter, and some others, are able to use the web, why can't the tour guide?

  12. A Facebook page would have been better...my daughter has been posting photos and me and another mother have been keeping our friends and family up on their happenings...they were at dinner when the bells were ringing singnaling a new pope...my daughter went 2 years ago and this time she is having an even better time...but yes the tour guide could be doing better in the evening to keep us up to date...

  15. Thanks to everyone who has posted here. We haven't heard a thing from our son (that was expected!) These posts from parents' have allowed us to partake just a little bit in the trip. That was something I thought the blog would do.
